This solution can pick up to 10 parts at a rate of 10 picks per minute. Our Pally software reduces the programming time while maximizing the pack pattern. We have many designs that support your palletizing needs. Our systems can be installed in environments as low as Zero degrees.
Vision
Vision was not used in this system but can be integrated for sorting or rejecting.
UR
This solution can use a UR 10, 16, 20 or 30. It is all based on your product mas, Pack patterns and reach needed.
Safety system
This design has been approved for Ontario users. A PSR will always be completed so you have the piece of mind knowing that your staff are safe.
PLC and Programming
This system did not use a PLC or HMI but can be added depending on the complexity of the systems.
